R - Business is slower than we would like

lead column dropped off since we stopped google ads. Downward trend before that

New providers excited to get back into it.

W- if our clients like our big clients huge they stopped ads for 1 month they would all go out of biz and that the reality. They want your money! Google wants it! 

R - spend it to make it right?

R- start with botox and filler then go from there

W- have we run botox on. Meta for you

R- not botox filler and cs on meta didn’t work out so we’ll

W- yea it’s high ticket item. I love botox on meta, can’t do it on google w/o out Pharma cert. but still looking at $50 to $100 leads. On meta can do $10-$15 leads. The thing is it’s gotta be a killer deal.

W- how low for new clients?

R - $12? $10? $12 is like 25-30% off? 

W- here’s how I like to do botox ads. The going rate across the country is typically $10. It might have increased this year. Personally I get it for $9/u. I get 100 units at a time. As long as I know the injector. I will be a bargain shopper.

R - open to 9.99, would that water down the Black Friday deal? Or would it be a bonus to offer it to everyone.

W- the second. 

R- I don’t want to lower the floor for all.

W- to keep the annoying ppl out, make it 9.99 new client special minimum of 25-50 u. 

R- min 30.

W- sweet spot.

R- half the recommended dose. Most people don’t need less than 30 units.  Allergen recommends 64/person as minimum. 

W- I have 300 u. I do!

R- 67 u per person every 6 months for an 18 yer old?! Allergen!

It’s a great way to get a patient - steal from an injector or new patient new to the industry. 

W- I started going when I joined this cult called medstar media. It’s the gateway drug to botox. There’s a gateway even to botox! Wanna hear? It’s semaglutide

R- beautiful. 

W- How many injectors do you have?

R- 2 and soon it’ll be 5. 

I want to do an aggressive botox promo. I don’t want to make it seem like we have lesser providers.

W- #1 rule is the offer.

R- let’s extend across the board to all injectors.

W-2000 on meta. 150-200 leads estimate. Sell 10-20% of those leads. 

R- 2k budget on meta…?

W- we want ads to run 3-4 mo before switching them that includes upping budget. We don’t want to restart that learning process on fb police. Choose a budget you can stick with 3-4 months at least. Anywhere 1000-2500 is good.

R- 2k

W- I have my own videos for days.  I have a library of my own videos. And a fwe I can put in. Your ads will look like tiktoks  that on purpose. 

R- should I film a quick reel?

I would do 3 videos, static images, then we test all of them. If we don’t use one we’ll use the next one when we cycle the ads through. Be PG, no needles, no claims, no ‘you”

R- nothing clinics. Basically botox exists and we exist! Don’t feel like you need it!

W- keep in mind beauty still sells. Ppl like to see good looking people. I dare you to use a younger person then an older. The younger will get. Nasty comments and it tells the meta algorithm that it needs to push it up for cheaper. Trending in the tiktok world, do it yourself, don’t copy the sound, you be the sound. 

That’s all I want to tell ya. Excited for what you come up with. 

R - 3 different versions, all different formats, no anti-aging, all of that. What this process looks like a bit. 10 still images. 

W- professional stock image marketing is dead. Ppl don’t trust advertisements anymore. They trust ppl who get it done. I’ll send you a few ideas. No before and afters on tiktok, ie follow me on my botox journey. In the car does well b/c it looks authentic. Come with me on my botox journey, 3 days after, etc. and notice how it doesn’t move. I’ll send to your phone. 

R- I don’t have tiktok. renovo has a ticktock. 

W- I really advise you against professional looking ads. 

R- every piece of content is an ad rn.

New doctor is shadowing now. Hoping he’s ready in 2 weeks. Did you get bio and headshot and press release. *task it out* work your seo magic on that.

W- yea.  Time is of the essence. It’ll still take a week or 2 for them to convert. 

R- Also, 1. Skinceuticals is having a nice vitamin c week, put it on your radar cuz I will send you graphics for our specials page. Great way to get dr. T involved so he can do talks about it as well. 

April 3-7

W- ok, are you selling it in house or online? *in house* ok good

R- I don’t know if we ant to keep the online store. We only make money on it when we run a Black Friday sale. 

W- skin care sales are for in house only.  When running shopping cart save it for services on Black Friday, etc. you see the number, I don’t . What’s the effort for sales?

R- skewed in the wrong direction.

W- drop the shopping car and focus on making botox videos.

R- I’m working on making the drop ship set up. Our GC the only item on the online store along with the services.  

W- 100% skinny made their own line, it tanked

R- exactly.  Why would you buy a line you don’t know?

 dermpro kicks my ass all day. I gotta deal with Russian hackers.

R- I think we’ll make a transition. Even though shipping is cheap, most are getting such a short shipping distance that it’s not worth it. Makes ppl not want to combine, I rather have them in here, buying here, cuz then I can sell them other things while they are here.  

W- you’re right about this.  Scratch that!  Get a drop shipping link. Happy to help set that up on your menu. Sell inside the office, make your life easier.

R- with the online booking, they book to book then cancel, we are getting cancelation fees or they will punt online and we can’t o anything about it. Versus, you buy a voucher you have already made a deposit. I have your money and number, then we schedule the apartment. 

W- marketing, so much fun huh?

I’m personally triggered about the CS FDA. Did anyone have it worse than me? We had the fist on in our office oct 2010. First in the northeast. We knew him. Comes in with this tech. We’ve been doing CS now for 10 years. Elite comes out, pumped to get two hoses on 1 piece of tech. We have a big event, 65 ppl for 2 hours seminar, marketing it for months, had made all these hilarious graphics on cool sculpting getting cooler, we did everytings huge online budget, blew this thing out. I’m sitting there, get a call that rep will be late, she’s the keynote. I’m on a stepladder selling balloons that say cool sculpting elite, get call, just so you know, CS lost FDA clearance, you aren’t allowed to treat any patients. Now you have to tell your patients, well elite isn’t better, and legacy is not bad. Everyone is lying and telling half truths. FDA isn’t saying anything, well I got a red letter FDA notice. I already had pre bookings with discounted treatments! I had twice as many appointment booked. Trying to get them converted to legacy, and then give this presentation, and the rep shows up late, walks in half way through the event, shows coat at someone, I don’t need to rehearse, I can do it live! I’ve done it a million times, her computer doesn’t cast to tv. Doing it raw after interrupting everyone, elite it’s awesome you can’t have it yet.
