  • 119/for first appt w/ the doc then 89/"follow up" which is blood work/labs. they pay their docs hourly so getting 4 in an hour is what they are looking for. (mega leads) 
  • they have a call center of 12 ppl who answer the phones and a funnel that can lead to booking w/ the docs. Do they know we don't traditionally build a funnel like that? I'm not sure their call team is staffed for returning call leads.
  • Plushcare who is a competitor in FL, and who's process they moved through, is selling 129/99. they are national. They do monthly or bi-monthly appointment follow ups. thinking of doing something similar. 
  • want to cover the entire state of FL but w/ just a 2000 budget will need to being in just one market then expand. Look into: Tallahassee "bit backwater, but has 2 universities" Jacksonville, Lakeland, NOT Tampa, Miami might be too saturated.
  • will be working w/ a company, Cardinal digital, for rebranding because looking to expand telehealth buisness into anything that can be offered telehealth - MMJ, GLP-1, HRT, TLP (?) like Angelic
  • Stay away from medspa look and feel on site. stay with health and wellness feel.  Push the health benefits like get visceral fat not just subcutaneous fat. Away from the beauty thing. 
  • current site is static php not wordpress. He has a developer that we can work with. tell the developer what we want to change, and they will change it. lol he is not trying to have us take of those sites. I said I'd inquire w/ our team. Also wants to include men in ads and on landing page site. Does NOT like: black and gold look, does NOT like the beauty look. Wants to maintain the colors and logo for their current brand on

He still does not know where the ads will go to.  If it is Tallahassee, there is 50/50 white and black demographics. If it is Jacksonville, it's 70/30.
