Semptember Monthly Google Ads and Facebook Reports - Sculptology

How are you?
Coolsculpting consumer demand is seasonal. It is normal for a business to
slow down in late August through the end of September and also during the
holidays. During these periods fewer people are searching for these
treatments on Google. So it is normal to see fewer leads and business.
Right after the holidays, consumer demand goes way up and should remain
steady through the end of summer 2020. We are constantly working to get you
as many customers as possible regardless of the season.
Attached are the reports for Google Ads and Facebook for last month.
Google Ads Account Summary:
(Spent / Conversions / CPA)
$1,903 / 10 / $190.33
Notes on Google Ads:
- Actual spend was below the budget for September.
- Conversions were down a bit month/month which can mostly be attributed
to a drop in the conversion rate and decrease in ad spend.
- Even with the decline in performance the average cost / lead was
$190.33 which is still fairly competitive for Coolsculpting.
- That being said, I definitely don't want to see performance continue
to decline. I will look for opportunities to improve the performance of the
campaigns quickly this month.
Facebook Account Summary:
(Spent / Conversions / CPA)
$750.31 / 38 / $19.74
Notes on Facebook:
- Spend was right on target for September.
- Account optimizations have really started to pay off as I was able to
increase the number of leads 52% month/month and decrease the average cost
/ lead by 36%.
- Performance last month was very strong, but it will likely be
difficult to keep the average cost / lead below $20. I will work to scale
up where possible, but we might see a slight increase in the CPA this
month.
- All leads were from users on mobile devices last month.
