Thanks for reaching out, this past month was our best month so far since we open, we were very happy with the results, a couple of updates:
- Talked to Ellen and Rebecca, and I suggested to manage things in two different brackets:
- Bracket Chris:
- Digital Leads and Initial contact with patient
- Campaigns messages
- In a nutshell: Everything that has to do with improving the quality of our communication with digital leads or leads overall
- Bracket Rebecca / Ellen:
- Local events and messages for events (we may need your collaboration here)
- Social media management (FB/Yelp/Instagram)
- Bracket Chris:
- For Tuesday meetings, I suggest for you to report the summary of the leads:
- Number
- Conversion
- Amount Spent
- Best campaign (so we can copy the image and message you are giving)
- Ideas of how will you target this upcoming month,
- Allergan gave us our report, I would like to share with you, maybe some campaigns ideas can come from there.
- As far as the CRM. There are two options:
- We use Constact Contact or something similar, which will add another software to the game (hoping we can link it with Skipio so we can manage the same groups)
- Get a completely new software that could help in all of our operational needs, and will include CRM and email. Unfortunately we are no in the position to spend 20k on sales force or hubspot, some CRM/EHR have similar capacities
I have a couple of meeting with three software tomorrow, I will give you an update by the end of the day. We are trying to automate as much as we can.

Not at all man, I totally agree with you, reason why I think we should “segment” things and delegate the tasks to the right people.
I think that we are limiting everyones potential because we are in different tunes, but I think that you have to be the priority and the rest is more support than anything.
At the moment the deliverables are:
Matt / Rebecca :
Social media management:
- 4 weekly posts (FB/Instagram),
- Review management (10/month), Yelp
- Email campaigns up to 4 campaigns month
Ellen:
PR:
- Newsletter (1 month)
- Press releases (Unlimited) -Depends on what happens
- Event management (NOT COOLEVENT) more as community outreach events
- Power Partners (5 months)
- Website management (small changes)
Chris:
- Paid Ads (FB/Instagram)
- 1 Blog/month
- SEO (small adjustments)
Adam: He used to write my blogs but I am not working with him anymore, doesn’t justify the expense.
In my ideal scenario, I would like to:

- Paid Ads
- SEO
- Blogs (at least 2-3 month)
- Content – Graphics to build local campaigns around it: For example:
- This month I will push this Keywords, i.e How much CS cost, or what are the side effects
- Blog about it
- Rebecca Post about those topics on FB and social media
- We can create internal campaigns boosting that
- Email campaign about that topic
- Newsletter about 2-3 topics

- Again, I don’t expect you to become a marketing director or start doing what you don’t believe works, but I would appreciate if you could guide us on what has been successful and what not, so we can implement ( online schedule, CRM, etc etc)
