What does that mean that they have 13 years of status SEO?
That is not something you lose... better website makes Google like you more. 
All we have to do is keep those keywords they are using. 
I will run a test to see what they rank for the most.

100 miles is fine. Seems too far for my taste, but we can restrict with income if we need to.
