-A NY dermatologist-developed platform during Covid. docbright.com
-seems like a teledoc appt. Patient sends in photos, questionnaire, etc. Then the doc makes a diagnosis, treatment plan, and sends in an rx for the patient. 
-Chris wants to know if there's a widget that we can embed to the website.
-Chris also suggested that we can create a "type form" with a questionnaire and photos similar to what we have in the shopping cart for Skinney. 
-The dr really wants to expand teledoc appts and consults since they serve such a large geographical area in Montana.
-Abby's feedback on the texting app is positive. They are "staying on top of things" and she "feels pretty good about it".
-Chris' feedback for them was asking how they keep track of the "third attempts". Abby says the put notes on the client tile within the app. 
-Abby usually checks in for messages at least once over the weekend. She knows she can call from the app but "doesn't know how" she needs headphones.
-Dr. Reil wants to train an employee, Jessica, to use highlevel so she could be the weekend person to follow up with leads on Sat and Sun. 
-Chris suggests calling leads at two different times when they call to follow up (an earlier in the morning and an evening time).
-Chris referenced secret shop, first attempt went well but weak on the second and third reach outs. 
-Chris explained to them what lead behaviors "hot lead" specifically refers to.  
-Abby's takeaways she's going to work on some scripts. 
-CoolSculpting Crazy Days sales they have. 
-Vania created 4th attempt column for them "30 Day Follow-Up"
-VJ asked Abby to follow up with her to set up training.
