-Anne moved to a different device to check Google ads. She wasn't able to share screen. Noted her smart campaign was disapproved. Sent email from Google as proof:
-I asked Anne to not "Fix it" because I had no visual of her screen.
-Put on Campfire to ask Shane if this was a good candidate to add to MCC and have him work through it with Google rep. It's a smart campaign that was not created with a Medstar team member, so chances are, she added keywords that would trigger an ads suspension like "semaglutide" or "botox" requiring a certification.

By the way, the screenshot above is not of a smart campaign. It looks like a regular one which may have had Botox.... Very seldom are smart campaigns disapproved.
