W: Yes, Google is best, but it is always good to get the FB information on the Onboarding in case we choose to go that route. FB is still a great tool for marketing. I like to cover both markets if/when you can afford it. See if you have access through the admin to give us access. Can you please share your screen?

W: We would need access to analytics, GMB, google ads. I can write an email of what we would need that you might not have, and you can forward it to them.

W: I see on your FB I see that you have two locations, is this correct?
P: No, no Rawly location anymore.
W: We will set you up with an automatic texting system as a complementary part of our program. You can also manage your leads. Vania trains on that. We also do secret shopping.
W: Ad Center, click all ads. Show more details in the ads manager. Doesn't look like you yourself have had an ad account. I will ask your marketing company if they have ever run ads from you. I want to be sure the ads are going through the owner's account, not yours. Have you ever ran Google Ads?

W: Every market is different, it depends on your competitors, your ad copy, it is based on click. We will know an average after a few weeks. It changes. We give you monthly reports as well.
P: Don't want to be spending a bunch until there is more of a return.
CZ: with $1500 it would be about $50/day. We will improve your traffic, that's the whole reason why we are here. We are good at generating leads. This is why we pay close attention to your staff to generate patients from leads.
P: I need to see the return so I just want to see how this goes before going big with our budget.

W: Let's start with $1500 on Google. I'll see what your competitors are running. I suggest you search as well. You're already ranking well organically. The biggest "sale" we can run is 50% off with 8+ treatments.
