Be super careful when creating ad accounts. Add site, location, hours, phone, invite friends - everyone in your office. Share with your friends. They’re happy to support your biz. I am happy to support as well.

W- trolls happen! The more comments and engagements the better. It tells the algorithm to push the ads out for cheaper. I considered hiring trolls but I don’t need to b/c the industry is so controversial it takes care of it itself.

J- Brian was thinking, when we fist talked to Chris, he said that you would on our homepage we want a link to your site.
W - I agree our sites are awesome!
But the thing about links going off site, last thing is to take someone away from the site. I have clients who ask for big FB button , no! They will get distracted. You’re the boss, but if 3 of your service go to my site, then it will confuse the consumer b/c they though they saw 20 services now only 3. Chris can give your developer 2 hours of mentoring. I don’t want 2 sites for ppl to navigate to b/c it’s confusing and they we will lose them. Separate ads from site. Fill out form only.
J - If on corporate site, then will never come to your site?
W - I wouldn’t suggest it.
J - the way ppl would come to our site is ads. That way we can track every single person that comes in through an ad. We can track organic too, but I don’t know if I would link 2 sites in one. Ppl get confused. You could, if I make you more services page and they click to pages on another website
J - we need to do that. An area w/ more services available. B/c the fellowship site is nice but focuses more on senior living.
W- not separating sites from senior to medusa? All together?
J - that’s why we started w/. You guys for microsite.
W - I would love to design your whole medical site I usually wait 3 months to wow ya, but I wouldn’t combine, it confuses google.

K-beautiful site, I understand your thinking, but the way the community works, it does make sense to have it oaths site. I also would like it on the microsite to have additional services.
W- we can say “and other services” can we link it anywhere? I prefer to keep it on our site b/c the journey of the consumer means keep them concentrated. What we could do and I suggest is all these services you told me about Jennifer, besides PRP, sorry we can say plasma maybe but not PRP. Ads go down. What I would do is write what you offer then 100-250 words, keep on my site b/c it’s got the forms, connected to meds tar app,
Could hire meds tar to write this content but it’ll be a lot of words and will be expensive. 150 words x 15 services cost $1250 on the low end for the word count.
L - I’ll have to explain to Brian, our CEO, b/c the way I told him about microsite that it would be accessible and look similar through our home site.
W - ou can do that. But we’ve been contracted for up to 3 services. For some of these services I’d write up to 1000 words for main site.

W- I think that’s what Jenn is saying for me to create a service page, great for customers. But you’ll never rank on google w/ 250 words per service. Google rules the world. If you want to rank on your other services I highly recommend writing unique content, put them on separate pages. But fillers, hydro facial, should have separate page in the future?
L - your site?
W- wherever your main medical site is.
L - how do we make that happen thinking this was going to be the main site.
W- if you want to have 1 general service page we can make that happen. $1000 for that.unless you give own content I can drop that to $500 maybe since it’s a very detailed page.
L- - in my mind to move fwd, we must have misunderstood, put a page w/ “additional services” then just the name
L- we won’t put a price sheet up.
W- we can do that. It won’t rank on google. It needs content. List the services and when ready we can write content one by one. I want IV therapy, you want to rank on google, let’s put separate page up. Then when really, let’s put hydro facial page up. If I put them all up in separate pages as recommended it’ll be 12K. We can start slow. That would include unique content.
L - can we put a look book like a few pages go through thrive look book?
W- yes, however if you want to be visible at a spa, botox near me, filler near me, you gotta play by google rules. 1000 unique words of content. Not copy and paste that will be plagiarism. The ones who don’t do it are #1 on google inter area. Sure site is fast, mobile friendly, easy. Keyword research, blogs. It gets extensive.
L - how can we add them/
W- I can combine a few. But I want to show you the site of someone who did it right the first time. A #1 in the country. *shows Haus of aesthetics site* separate landing page per services. 1000 words on botox, diamond glow. This page comes up b/c google prefers this page over all other competitors b/c google ranks it high. This is SEO. What you want to consider in the future.
This page costs $700 each.
L - can we do 7 pages for $5000 dollars?
W - yea, that’s around $5K
You can give an SEO company $$$ but won’t rank on google for a few months. Time is a factor. Invest last year. What we can do for now is list all the services and I will tell you which services are the most important, the most bang for your buck, most likely to rank sooner than other services. You'll never rank for acne facials. Not worth it. iv therapy is tough b/c you have national brands w/ mobile nurses everywhere. I would still put it up, hydra facial good chance. Daxxify yes!
J - 6 month lasting neurotoxin.
W - when I found out about it, I am #1 marketing agent for daxxify in the country b/c I jumped on it. The early bird gets the worm.
L - what should we pick? Can we add blogs?
W - yes, we write for you if we are doing your SEO. If you wanted to, I’d show you how to upload yourself.

J - sage can help to upload it. We have somebody on staff that writes the blogs, Kathleen? *yes*
W- best bang for your buck to rank in a few months to a year, utilize google my business. I’ll tell you about that in a second.
Skin pen too saturated. Forget about it. You’ll sell it in house. Nice to have on site but don’t count on beyond first page of google
Hydro facial in your area and see how many are on first page of google, and write unique content for that

IV therapy is a tough sell. So competitive and have to treat immediately for success. Write it yourself for your clientele you will sell in office. Combine all the laser facial and put on 1 page (scion, bbl)

I put it on one page but this doctor, he’s on our seo package. I put it on 1 page b/c I am running ads to it but he also has it separate as well. *shows owings-mills*
J- SEO is a rat race.
L- this site won’t have seo?
W- no you don’t have an seo package but if I design anything for you it has a 100% seo score but it won’t last, it needs to be nurtured like a baby. It’s 100% when I build it but in a year it’s 80%. It’s like baby.

W- keep in mind, Jennifer nows this, with body contouring the average turn around for consumer will take 30-60 days to pull the trigger b/c it’s a big investment. They will research about it for a month.
Botox is 1-2 week turnaround. Semaglutide is less b/c ppl want it now.

W- I would creat it yourself. Create google biz page, make it a different suite. when it says your fellowship “is this your biz” say no. link our website b/c it’s medical spa related. Then fill out the services. Nurture it like a baby. Add and nurture it slowly to show google you are an active use. reviews. Reviews. review. For every 1 bad review you need 10 good reviews to bury it. If I ever visit you I will dazzle you with an seo optimized review.
