MEMBERSHIP 2:
Tier 1: For $100 per month, members will receive a monthly credit of $125 ($100 from their payment plus $25 matched by us). Members can use this credit to purchase any service at regular prices. Once they have used up their credit, they will receive a 10% discount on all services. (Earn $300 a year!)
Tier 2: For $200 per month, members will receive a monthly credit of $275 ($200 from their payment plus $75 matched by us). Members can use this credit to purchase any service at regular prices. Once they have used up their credit, they will receive a 20% discount on all services. (Earn $900 a year!)
Tier 3: For $300 per month, members will receive a monthly credit of $425 ($300 from their payment plus $125 matched by us). Members can use this credit to purchase any service at regular prices. Once they have used up their credit, they will receive a 30% discount on all services. (Earn $1500 a year!)
Benefits:
Members will receive a monthly credit that they can use to purchase any service at regular prices.
Members will receive a matching credit from us that will increase the value of their monthly payment.
Members will receive a discount on all services once they have used up their monthly credit.
Terms and Conditions:
Memberships are on a monthly basis and automatically renew unless canceled.
Unused credits can be carried over to the next month.
Membership credits cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
Membership fees are non-refundable.

For only $100 per month, our Tier 1 membership offers you access to a wide variety of med spa services. This tier includes the following services and prices:
• 50 units of Botox (Botox, Xeomin, or Dysport) for free (once per year)
• Additional Botox for just $9 per unit after the first 50 (Save $550)
• Fillers for $500 per syringe (Save $300)
• CoolSculpting and truSculpting for $350 per area (Save $550)
• Halo/BBL laser treatments for $500 (Save $300)
• Laser hair removal for $200 per session (which can include multiple areas)
Tier 1 is perfect for those who are looking for affordable and quality services. With 50 free units of Botox included, you'll be able to try out this treatment and see the amazing results it can provide. Additionally, with discounted rates on our other services, you can experiment with a wide range of treatments without worrying about the cost.
Tier 2: $200/month
Our Tier 2 membership is perfect for those who want to take their med spa experience to the next level. For $200 per month, you'll receive everything included in Tier 1 plus ONE of the following services for free:
• An additional 50 units of Botox (Botox, Xeomin, or Dysport) for free. Total of 100 units for FREE!
• One free syringe of filler ($800 retail value)
• Two free areas of CoolSculpting or truSculpting ($1600 retail value)
• One free Halo treatment ($800 retail value)
• Two free sessions of laser hair removal ($400 retail value)
In addition, the prices for all of the services in Tier 1 are also applicable to Tier 2. This means that you'll continue to receive the discounted rates on all of the services listed above, plus the added bonus of a free service each month.
Tier 2 is perfect for those who want to experiment with multiple treatments, try out new services, or double up on their favorites. You'll be able to customize your med spa experience to fit your specific needs and preferences.
Tier 3: $300/month
Our Tier 3 membership is the ultimate package for those who want the best that our med spa has to offer. For $300 per month, you'll receive everything included in Tier 1 plus any TWO of the following services for free:
• An additional 50 units of Botox for free
• One free syringe of filler
• Two free areas of CoolSculpting or truSculpting
• One free Halo treatment
• Two free sessions of laser hair removal
The prices for all of the services in Tiers 1 and 2 are also applicable to Tier 3. This means that you'll continue to receive discounted rates on all of our services, plus the added benefit of two free services each month.
