-Did not know what they charge per treatment area for Dysport or Jeveau
-Is not carrying Botox
-Does not know what her area competitors are charging
-Will take our advice on pricing, promo, etc.
-Is not aware of how FB and Google PPC ads work, how people will see them.
-Does not believe she or her Office Manager need to do their own research for their area, "we are paying you a lot of money, what are we paying you for?"
-Nicol let her know she was seeing deals of $3.25/u for Dysport. Jennifer said she could go as low as $4/u.
-Landed on $50 off a treatment area, and Nicol would circle back in a month once they were settled regarding area competitors.
