Ad Copy Meeting

W: We are waiting for some ad copy, just waiting on some approval for you all. Also, I discovered that your previous marketer must have been Turkish and there is nothing we can change, so that's why we had to create a new account. The doc has just entered.
How do you like your website so far?
D: I love it
W: Good! Just so you know we are going to be sending ads to this page ($1000 off needs to be added to the page- AW will handle it)
D: That's for the campaigns right? That's not forever though...lets set a time limit don't you think? A call to action. I don't think there is anything original about a discount, I think the time limit would add a stronger call to action.
W: We have that covered for you. In the ads, it will have a monthly "promo" and we also have a pop-up that has a timer to create a sense of urgency.
D: Oh great. Do you agree Jamie?
J: Yes.
W: If you like the website, and of course have the urgency set up. If you see anything on the website that you would like to change, you can let us know at any time.
D: I want there to be things that differentiate us. There are a lot of LASIK and cataract surgeons. Ex. Most advanced technology, etc so that it gives better effect to those who may be searching, and adding ways to differentiate us.
W: Ok, we like to make these badges on a hero image. It immediately takes the customer's eyes to the badge, it acts almost like an award, but it's so eye-catching and it works. (Task to Selena to make badges: 1. Most advanced technology in Cataract, 2. Industry Leader Pioneer) Do you have any other awards?
D: First in the area, industry pioneer...
W: Do you offer a free consultation?
D: Yes
W: Find somewhere in the H1 to say "get a second opinion from a leading catarax surgeon"
D: I would say "Laser cataract surgery eliminates needles or blades, more accurate and safer, and painless"
W: We have to be careful with AD Copy
D: Painless procedure. Get rid of the "sooner is better"
W: What I think might be better is that you take a minute to write these out and then we can look them over. We have done a lot of research on the best wording, and I am hesitant to change too much because of how it will affect things. This is multiple ad copies, so depending on your customer and who is searching, they will receive ads that are specially tailored...we run a couple of copy tests in variations on purpose.
D: I am going to let you do your thing. Once things are done, I will look things over and we can make changes from there?
W: I am hesitant to change too much when things it takes a couple of weeks for Google to relearn things.
D: 10x more accurate is misleading and untrue...instead say "It is often more accurate and safer" (Let Shane know, waiting on notes from the DR)
W: Please go over things and let me know what things are not correct and we can make the changes.

W: We made you a series of emails as a "welcome to Medstar" perk. When someone fills out a form they will automatically receive an email about how leads can learn more. Jamie I will forward that to you to go over. Let me know if you see any edits. We operate like a 'nurturing' campaign. These emails trickle and send over time with a follow-up immediately and then a few days later. We change it up to keep the information going to the leads. (Change the little girl on the 2nd email series)....so three emails over the course of 10 days. That will make it easier since it is more automated. We can set up more automation on the texting app too so that you have more time to be on the phone.
Also, Doc, when you are ready, I put this page on your OG website too, it is hidden until you approve. We will add it to your menu as an additional page. The reason why we do this is so that leads can be generated from your OG website.
J: Can I see the auto-text?
W: Once you train with Vania, she will help you get that setup. Questions that people ask over and over, we just set up a template to streamline that for you.
J: Are we tracking the leads the same as RMA?
W: Yes you will get the lead-sheet, an email, and auto text. It will be totally separate from RMA.
J: Is it necessary to do the lead sheet and the app?
W: Yes, because it is a good cross-reference. If there is a break in the high level, then we can go to the lead sheet, if there is a break on the lead sheet then we can go to the app. We like to have backup options. We like the lead sheet because it gives a simple view of all the leads where the app is more advanced and technical. We like to just be sure we have multiple ways to look at leads.
I will need a different card to run ads separate from the RMA. Once we get your edits and approval, ads are ready to go live. Ads take a minute to warm up (1-2 weeks). I always like to be ahead of time.
We have really good timing, as long as we can get into the account asap, we can transfer all the work over. I think Hector told you, Jamie, to take the current cc off the old account?
J: I gave Hector full access so he should be able to make those changes.
W: Do we have a new CC to put on the account?
D: I can get that for you.
