Budget meeting

Scenario: One budget for all locations
we can't put more money towards a location that's outperforming the others.
CZ explained "pay to play", clicks turns into leads, turn into patients.

Lise asked why one lead would be more expensive than another. Chris explained.

CZ demo'd that Lasik was showing as $20 a click, so a $2000 monthly budget is like $65 a day. A smaller budget wouldn't even cover a click a day. Even at a 1000, we couldn't cover 2 clicks a day. 

CZ compromised that we could lump them together. See how they are performing then break them apart down the road. "We aren't going to know which office is performing best but we can find that out late"

CZ suggested staying away from FB for the moment, and focusing on a google budget. 

A lasik patient brings in about 45000

Lise still needs confirmation from Dr. Stein about a budget we can move forward with.

Cataract surgery patient value varies, but it's about 4500 as well. 

CZ suggests a budget of $7500 for lasik (10k would be the ideal budget to start with) and $2500 for premium cataract.

Dr. wants to know if it's better to start in July or September.
and how many months before we see

Chris suggests 10k a month for the next 3 months for lasik and $7500 for premium cataracts.

Dr agreed. Needs to confirm with his partner and they should get back to use by Tuesday when they have their weekly meeting. 

CZ said he would like to build a microsite to test against their site. But to also optimize their existing site. 

Wants to know how to beat competitors. (ex $29 an eye)
CZ says we cant beat them in the funnel because they use deceptive marketing but suggested a 1000 new client off then discuss why cheaper isn't best when it comes to your eyes etc. 

Dr. wants to know how we "differentiate him" from the other drs. We are just trying to generate a lead from someone who has the intent to buy. CA says we will use fundamental marketing basics. We will set up the website in a way that makes its easy to get them to submit their information.

HIGHLIGHT: patients meet the dr. before the appt,  a lot of other practices don't.

Dr wants to do a contest promotion to get new contacts.
