Onboarding Mtg
Attendees: VJ, WZ, Jamia McNulty-marketing for RMA and TEC, Lise- practice administrator
-Chris is comping some web dev hours
-cataract and lasik campaigns
-marketing for all 4 locations
-several top doc awards on homepage USE FOR LPs
-site is made by Glacial. Lise says we should be able to have access
-microsite
-they have run ads in the past and they dont know which cc was used. Whitney explained that this could be an issue. Asked if theres a new cc they can use so they dont run into this issue. She is writing an email explaining that we need google ads access or a new cc numbeer.
-we got access to their GMB
-google ads acct: 9003566157
-Lise said budgets to be approved by the providers
-Budgets for all locations (per):
- Google: 2000, FB: 1000 (for both lasik and cataracts)
- Jamie has video content of eye centers. She will email them over.
