Yes, it could be hosted with them or they may have routed the domain from there to some other hosting service. It's the client that would have to find it on their own end.

Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector  so she doesnt recognize website welcome and the previous marketing person and developer left her zero info about hosting. She's trying to reach back out to them again before she decided to just buy new hosting. And that's where we're at as of today. Also, still waiting for her to reset her password for the google ads acct so she can submit paperwork to verify the acct. smh.

Thank you for the update and trying to sort this out.... Why is it that most marketing companies are not like us who write down everything somewhere? Or that if they stop working with them, they refuse to help them like we do? 
I keep our client's spreadsheets updated ritually. 
In any event, we have no choice but to wait.

omg Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector I spoke with their previous person and I swear he was 13. So that may have been the issue.... anyway...I have now gotten them access to their google ads acct. finally. They have payment, and correct payment method BUT they had to submit their docs for acct verification sooooo we wait for a few more days but can move forward with FB ads first I guess since we have all that.

as far as hosting Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector   Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac they now believe it may be with host gator according to their ex-employee we finally tracked down but they do not have the login yet. They are working on it.

Good morning.
Can we please, pretty please stop changing the names of these BC3 folders without letting me know. It makes finding them much more difficult for all of us. Plus, it causes confusion on all our Weekly ads, Weekly client spreadsheets and lists, just to say the least. 

The original name was Viva Atlanta Wellness. Someone changed it to
Viva Medspa Lounge - Is that the name we are going with so I can update everything again?

I didn't change it but I believe it was changed months ago and didn't seem to cause any issue since the viva part was still there and we all knew who it was and it still populated in the search field just fine whenever I searched in BC3 for their folder? Their name is Viva Medspa, and not Viva Atlanta Wellness so yes let's go with their correct name and not the inaccurate one we originally had listed since clients get upset when we don't have their business name correct in the app and communications.
