-WZ tells them that she would appreciate having one line of contact because sometimes things are getting lost in communication
-The ladies said they are their two main contacts: Wendy and Alexa
-Wendy is saying they didn't know that the ad was launched. WZ explains that usually FB doesn't approve ads immediately.
-WZ tells them not to put pricing on their pages
-They asked how they capture the groups of people that don't want 8 or more treatments.
-They said they are considering increasing their retail price so that they can do $1300 of 8 treatments
-They are saying $650 is the highest price they usually charged. However, they are considering changing that price so they can use the specials
-WZ tells them that they can not say less than 30% off or less than $1,300 because they will not get clicks.
-They are going to send more videos. WZ explains that our videos do really well and recommends using them
-WZ goes over their budgets again with them to make sure they are how they want them

-Whitney shows them a preview of their website and how we make sure to highlight their expertise
-Vania is telling Shane to make sure that he doesn't run the ads until he tells us
and we will make sure to tell the client
-WZ is explaining to them how HighLevel works and she is going to train them on Friday
-Vania tells Kellie to create a new graphic for their CoolSculpting page. They don't want it to say Elite
-WZ explains we are holding off with the ad copy that says Elite as well
-WZ asks them to let her know 2 weeks in advance

This is the first time we have had a client who doesn't love Whitney. As they say, good art divides. She knows the business. She knows your competition. It's smart to put the Elite on your website prior and start to warm up your ads to get them out of learning mode. This was done by design. I can understand from your perspective. For example
Business aside, I am the only one who is allowed to write mean emails to Whitney and even I am trying to improve on that. I am listening to Men are from Mars and Women are from Venus with wife. I am just now learning that I have been communicating with women incorrectly for over 40 years.
You have multiple staff members communicating with us. Anyone who communicates with us we consider "players" so it's been confusing. I agree with you. There should be two-point people. One on your end and one on our end. This way we can get the job done more effectively. However, through multiple meetings
I like you. I would like to hang out. I would trust you to do my medical procedures. I know you have many talents. However, as humans, we can only excel in so many areas and thank goodness your main talent isn't managing online marketing campaigns.
