W: Your website is going to get you more leads regardless. 
S: We are very excited. TY so much
W: We have a text platform (HL): Auto Text #1 advise given, then from there come up with response templates, not only for the text but also for the phone. Be prepared. Come up with an answer for the cost of these services (Hopefully #1 turnover is CoolSculpting). 
  • *Secret shop competitors.* If lucky then none will be giving pricing over the phone. More than likely the clients are shopping around. Response rate is better with quicker response. Price over the phone is okay (it's the wild west now), but not on the website. 
  • Price Example response: We would have to see you in person to determine how many cycles you would need. I can tell you that it starts at $800, but for a limited time we have a sale going as low as $400 per cycle depending on how many cycles are determined to be needed. *Let the consumer do the math on their own. But do give a ballpark if they do ask.*
  • *Mention a sale to create urgency* but keep it to the "Per unit" or "per cycle" quote, and let them do the math. EVEN if there isn't a sale going on, get creative and *SECRET SHOP* to see how others are pitching. 
  •  If no sale, talk up about the Injector's experiences. 
What's the cheapest filler that you have, per serynge? 
     S: We don't really know, because we go based on consultation 
  • Suggest to them that it can really only be determined in-person because individual results vary. If it seems like you are losing them, then you can text them the price per unit and encourage them to get a consultation to determine how many units. 
  • Building a profile for the injectors is very smart. EX: Client had all injectors create a specific IG and to create before & afters, to keep things current and for rapport purposes for the SPA. *Create a guideline for Injectors individual IG's and to always tag back to Windsor*

  • Service Suggestions: Script it all (Ads, costs, authority *why choose Windsor*) for texting and talking purposes. Great things to text Before&Afters
  • Collect a few before and afters to be able to send out based on other services. 
  • Always offer to follow up before hanging up on the phone. EX: Before & Afters (get personal if you can and share your own results)
  • Sharing personal experience goes a LONG way. Get detailed, share expertise. 
  • Share your name, ask them their name, and then REPEAT their name back to them. Always get their phone number, avoid holds. 
  • Emails, if lucky only opened 20% of the time, 1 click. Text is 98%  more likely opened 
  • FOLLOW UP is KEY (Don't consider it a DEAD lead until at least a few attempts have been made). 
  • Best way to track reaching out: spreadsheets and pipeline. It is NECESSARY to track it for productivity (Date, time, and initial). It keeps people accountable. Have reports each week (leads sold, leads no-show, leads with multiple outreaches, 30-day follow-up). 
  • A LEAD IS NOT DEAD UNLESS THEY THREATEN 
  • People might say "too expensive, can't afford" TRACK that, so when sales are available, lead can be contacted again. 
  • Have someone secret shop Windsor.
