Hector - I am not seeing the DNS access to this domain. Based on the NS. It seems the records are hosted on Bluehost. Can we please ask the client to share the access to their bluehost account?

Alyssa Hector did Isaac go over with you what you will need to do in situations like this? So, does Nicol need to reach out to the client? Can you please let me know what you will be responsible for per the meeting you had with Isaac?

Also, Alyssa, we are creating general LPs for the services above and then creating the Emsculpt NEO on their staging server (which is Isaac's comment).

Since this client does not want to provide DNS access we either need them to provide SFTP access to us or for them to create a staging site (like how Invigorate did) and then the client will be responsible for pushing the updates to the production server. SFTP access is preferred but if the client refuses, then we need access to a staging site.

Since we do not have DNS access Isaac cannot create the subdomain "go" on his end.

Ivonne for what Hector and I can help be responsible for is verifying DNS record s and that we have access. Isaac reviewed with us today on this. He also reviewed how to check if there were billing issues or DNS issues when a site goes down. We can provide the info that the client needs for pointing DNS if we discover that we do not have access.
