Phone (Desktop, Mobile, & Confirmation)- Check phone number is correct (hyperlink + body of text view)
- Add phone number + hyper- link the phone number when the body of text mentions calling the spa.
- Click phone number linking and make sure it matches when it pops up tel:+1xxxxxxxxxx *Here is the code, be sure to replace # <a href="tel:+16173041965">617-304-1965</a>
Grammar & Claims- Check to spelling and grammar and mentions of spa. *Any edits made must be made on confirmation as well.
- Check FDA claims (i.e. approved vs Cleared - approved is for medication/injectable primarily)
Links- Check social icons are linked correctly and that they open in separate window. *If not, update.
- Click all buttons to make sure they are anchored (linked to page or forms) *if not, update, or task to anchor where they should
- Check internal & outbound links on pages to make sure no links are broken (404),*if they are, find an appropriate replacement link.
- Hyper links font color matches spa theme and readable/visable.
Location/Map- Make sure the address is correct
- Click on the map/address to be sure it is connected to Google Map Pack
Imagery- Stacked before & after images *Take note of how many or if any are there too, ideally want 5-6 images b&a's.

- Overlaid text is readable
Gravity Forms & Pop-ups (Mobile, & Desktop)- Offers are consistent on all forms. (Offer is the boldest/biggest text)
- AD landing pages have bolded text on the offers and click buttons.
- Buttons say “get coupon” if there is an offer.
- Make sure Landing Pages with Offers have pop-ups or assign them if not.
- Make sure Blogs have a separate lead form.

I am complete with my portion of the audit.
I'll get the final edits posted today.
Some are edits we have mentioned for Isaac on prior sites (like gravity form size formatting for desktop), but I am not sure if they have been executed or if in progress still.
Also, not all forms have been created, I followed up with Jonnamae in this task. I will let Isaac know they are connected pending her reply.

5. Gravity forms do not format well on desktop, please increase space around forms on Desktop (mobile is okay). *refer to video*
6. Offers should be the boldest on forms and forms should read like this:

4. Make sure Hours match Reference Site & Should be: Monday & Tuesday 9am-5pm, Wednesday & Thursday 9am-7pm T, Friday 9am-3pm, & Saturday 9am-1pm.
5. On the Desktop only, fill the space with the disclaimer to match the padding.
6. Add Social Icons under the address: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, & Twitter.
7. Make sure the address reads like the below example and links to Google Map pack:

I want to brainstorm together on how to clarify the audit guide for your portions of the audits and tips on things to remember to watch for since I found some things to edit that did not get notated (please review my edit notes above before we zoom).
