You've been secret shopped! Attached is the full report.

We inputted a lead, & called the front desk inquiring about Emsculpt. 

We did not receive any emails from you and only received one phone call from you. We recommend emailing, calling, and texting the lead 3x in the first week.  

When we began text engagement there was no response to any of our questions. If leads are not interacted with, potential patients will look into another spa.

We placed a call to the spa and the salesperson was very friendly and led the conversation. She was very knowledgeable on the treatment, which is great! However, she did not encourage the caller to book a consultation. 

There was no follow up after the scheduled consultation was “missed”. It is vital to follow up with missed appointments since these are the people closest to becoming patients.

We highly recommend that you schedule a Front Desk Training so we can review strategic ways to help the overall customer acquisition of your business!
