I am also getting a message from Katharine that they have not been trained yet. 
I am not sure why they put URGENT on this task when they should not be live until January 31st the earliest. 

I have paused the ads until we figure this out..

My apologies team - it was my misuse of word choice here. I should have said High Priority instead of Urgent. I will be more clear in future situations like these rushed requests.

Shane Hector  All ads were limited due to the drug terms on the website, Chris suggested the client take those words off the website and he did! Can we make sure these ads are now good, or appeal if not. Thanks

Hector  Already appealed and rejected. I'm close to positive it's an issue with their website. 

Hector  confirmed the issue is the landing page. I can't run ads to the page provided. 

So what do you suggest we do? Remove the wording on the landing page or would it be better to create a Go.landing page for them??

We are wrapping up a landing page this was meant to get going before. The client will have to make the edits on this LP themself since we don't have access.
