 oh yes, most of the older clients have generic ad copy that I didn't create and they have no clickable link and videos don't have subtitles. How can I slowly start editing these? What's the easiest way to proceed? If starting with this client, should I provide you with new ad copy and new videos (with subtitles)?

ads that have a clickable link in the copy always outperform ones that do not, this client does not have clickable copy in their ads

 We're moving this client to a new FB account but you have me budget for Ultherapy. This isn't something we've done for them in the past. Should I set up a new campaign? If so, do they have creative?

We now have a problem with his Google ads. They are off due to a payment issue. Same CC from Godaddy. not working. Sent Doc a text to see what he says.

Chris, yes... I had to use my own personal paypal and pay 2 years to get it done since his CC kept getting declined. 
You just need to charge him for that payment.

Someone tried to use - in between the platelet words to trick Google as well.
