So apparently their bank flags payments as fraud if they see they are getting charged multiple times a month from the same place and for the same amount 

Google ads are off... payment method issue. The payment method needs to be verified..

Emily, I believe that happens when you copy paste URLS. I noticed the issue not long ago and I removed the wrong links from the tasks.

, FB took it down. Sometimes this happens because they think it's a fake page. The client will need to set up a new one. 

I would have been ready to throw my computer too 😂

The client also said this "I tried all their tricks but when it says go to settings, privacy, general, etc only part of the steps are available.  After two hours I was ready to throw this computer."

 the client just emailed me as well asking why people are not able to find their fb page when they search for it. When they send them the direct link they are seeing the same message Brittany sent a screenshot of. I'm assuming I'm only able to see their page since I have access to it? Please let me know if you have insight on how we can fix this, thanks!

 For Alora, when I hover over the FB link on the ads task for Shane, it shows as PrimeMDspa in the bottom left corner. When I click on it, it takes me to PrimeMD Spa's FB page. However, when I copy the link (not the link address) and post it in my browser, this is what shows up:
