Chris Zelig, Medstar Chris Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector the client made an absolute ton of changes to their campaign, one of which being that they added a Target CPA to the campaign which prohibits this from serving. 

I will now pause their campaigns until we can confirm they will make no changes to their account. We may have to rebuild everything if I cannot undo everything they did.
