On the backend, their phone number is correct.
But when you Google Search Altman Aesthetics Englewood, the phone number is wrong.
When I am logged into Support and search Google, it shows the correct number though. The correct number is 201-569-3334

I have been looking into this but did not get to respond until I investigated.
It looks like the problem is with their citations - Facebook - IG, and the other which I cannot make out.
This has nothing to do with GMBs. It has to do with their citations. They will need to be updated. Maybe on Bright local but we have to pay for that.
Okay, so maybe this GMB below is the culprit for this happening.
When I did a search - 201-569-3334 - they have another GMB under the name Dr. Basil
That is where the confusion is coming from. This is where Google and citations are pulling the phone number from.
As you can see from my results, these are all citations - meaning they are different sites Google grabs from the internet, social media.
The only way to fix this is like I said, going into Bright Local and seeing if I can have them update all of them.
The other option is for them - the client - to stop confusing Google with the two
different GMBs.
I LVM for the client to call me back, I'm going to find out if they still have access to Dr.Basil's GMB and if they can remove their number from his listing. In regards to the bright local listings- is that something we charge the client for or is it just a cost to us?
I was able to solve the problem by troubleshooting with Katharine and Judi today. We realized that the GMB that is reflecting the incorrect number is a GMB that we don't have access too. If you see the page with the wrong number it has 226 google reviews where as the page we have GMB access to only has 27 reviews. I called the office manager Jodie and let her know we do not have access to that GMB and that they would need to potentially give us access to that profile or update the number themselves.

If they do not have access to the DR BASIL NWAOZ, MD GMB, I will be able to get
access for them. I can go ahead and initiate a backdoor takeover.
Please let me know and I will do right away so the client can have access. And we can update the phone number. This will be the best option. As long as that GMB is out there, Google and other sites will keep pulling the information from there.
