How are you?

As you already know, Google ads is now requiring that all accounts serving ads in the US are verified. This includes providing documentation which demonstrates that the business is eligible to run ads in the USA. 

The verification is for your Google ads account -  The Spa @ Altman Aesthetics Westchester - 376-544-8707.  The verification process needs to be completed by May 12th, or else your ads will have been paused and the account could be suspended permanently. 

The good news is that I have already begun the verification process for you. I have now verified the business part of the organization. However, we still need to verify your organization or business. 

You will need to provide Google Ads with the following documents:


A document for the organization
  • A letter or notice issued or stamped by the IRS, such as CP 575 that confirms your Employer Identification Number (EIN)
  • A copy of the organization’s Form 8871, 8872, or 990 from the IRS website
  • A state-issued certificate of business registration or incorporation
  • Your organization’s most recent SEC filing, including Form 10-K, 10-Q, or 8-K
  • A business credit report from Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, or Dun & Bradstreet
 An ID to verify it’s really you 
  •  Driver's license - photo ID (front and back) of the owner or person in charge of Google ads account = The Spa @ Altman Aesthetics Westchester - 376-544-8707 
  • State ID
  • U.S. Passport or Passport Card
  • Green Card
I am attaching a blank W-9 form just in case so you can see what it looks like and fill it out. To try and verify the account yourself, you can login into this Gmail account   altmanspawestchester@gmail.com   where Google ads has sent instructions. 

You can start it yourself and then send us the documents, and I can take care of the entire process for you. Or we can set up a Zoom meeting so we can help you take care of it.

Received documents from Dr. Altman and began to update the info on the Google ads account to match. Uploaded the documents for review and let the team know. I will keep my eyes on their response in the coming days.
