I am seeing that this client's website - www.advancedrejuvenationcenters.com
is going 404. I believe their hosting may be expired. I am looking into it now to find out further. 
I will let you know once I figure it out.

Earlier I only added the wpengine accounts to which we have access to under support@ wpengine account to the automation that send us a message on slack automatically for the outstanding payment but I think since the clients are missing the reminder emails that wpengine sends to their inbox...we need to add them all.

Ivonne Ackerman, Medstar Ivonne - Earlier while setting up the wpengine accounts for the client our team used to create a new gmail account for the client for the registration purpose.

For eg. In the case of this client it's advancedrejuvenationcenterweb@gmail.com. For most of the other clients as well it's the same {clientname} followed by "web". Do you know if we used to keep a log of these email accounts and password somewhere in a sheet? If you don't. We may need to reach out Vania J, Medstar Vania OR  Jonnamae Jumawan, Medstar Jonnamae because they may know.

This has been taken care of. 
The account was actually under Dr. Saimovici... 
When I created those emails, I always put the login info, password in the spreadsheet. 
And you can find them in the tasks here.. under 

  • Set Up Generic Email to for google adwords, analytics, etc. if needed

Chris, I will work on the list. However, I anticipated this a year or so ago when we started having issues with circumventing and I already have added support or your MCC email as ADMIN..
The issue with this emails however, is that for Google, they still count as account owners.
The only way to remove them or add another one is a tedious process which I did for Pelle, Maya I believe.

I will update you on the rest!
For now, the site is back up and running.
