Cole is a great business man, trusts medstar media advice. Likes to share laughs time to time. Very serious about his competition and any employee that would go down the street. Can be demanding , but easy to navigate once you validate him and say "yes will get this done" he calms down. Ali is a great injector. Mostly will deal with Cole. Great client, is now on monthly meetings. Very loyal and refers clients our way. Needs a lot of attention.
