I just filled out a popup that shows up on Amarihealth.com - this one is designed for the Google ads Wellness Campaign but it alerted the client that the campaign title is Hormonal Imbalance.
Can you please make sure in the client notification email and on the lead sheet it is made it clear that it says "Discovery Call" I changed the name of the popup so hopefully that will do the trick:
