I am noticing that on our Hi@Medstarpatients.com gmail that Amari clinic has received 2 new leads. However, this message is coming up on the leads

Can you please check to see why this is happening?
is that something on our end or theirs?

I just went ahead and checked in their hosting and couldn't find above email setup in there.

So I should contact the client and let them know that the email is now working since it is on them?
Wanted to make sure it wasn't anything we were doing wrong.

If so, can you please share the link here. I have not found any tasks on this.

That issued with support@amariclinic.com email was never fixed by the client.
They have since provided us with two alternatives to send their leads to;
sjshah@amarimedical.com and concierge@amarihealth.com
I am closing this out.
