Not sure if this is on you or Jonnamae?
I am noticing that when I visit https://amariclinic.com/coolsculpting-westchester/
I have to Scroll down to see pop up. 
But, the pop up disappears on its own without me even hitting the X or closing it out. 
Can you please check it out and let me know what is going on?

Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector - Ah! OK. Earlier I thought you meant that the POPUP is disappearing on it's own without clicking anywhere.

POP UP Closing when I simply click on the background - It's not an issue. This the default behavior of Optin monster popup. In fact this is the default behavior of many mainstream jQuery popup libraries out there.
