The optinmonster code was added by me almost a month ago. I just resubmitted it again just to be safe.

I removed the optin plugin but still not working.

Isaac - can you look into this. Hector  - see how Shane doesn't have any of his conversion tags listed. Please open a task with him.

one question: 
I am noticing that on several different client pages - the POP UPS DO NOT COME ON until you scroll down the page. 
Is there a way to change this other than adjusting the  distance scroll from 15% to 5%? 
Other pages, the pop ups load up right away irrespective of visitor scrolling down or not.
My concern is that some people who don't bother scrolling down, may not see the pop up special running. 
What do you think Isaac?

Can you please try to adjust this then?
Make it so that the pop up comes on right away as in other pages. 
Adjusting the  distance scroll from 15% to 5% alone does not appear to fix the problem completely.
