Hector  I"m excited to see how this goes bc these ppl sounded super confident and seem to have their stuff together. 

Well so far it doesn't look good for them. They did not contact me in any way yesterday; not even an email.

I see the lead there.
The only thing missing from the sheet, is the leads fake name which I used as well as the leads notes.
Also, there is no SERVICE TYPE on the lead sheet.
Wonder why all of this information is missing?

By the way, I mistook them for Dr. Chow.
AOB did contact me right away so Christina you seem to be right that they appear to have their stuff together.
The only issue I found is that the email they sent was SUPER LONG... I mean like  561 words 3,272 characters long!

However, I am NOT seeing the leads I have filled out for them; especially the last one yesterday. 
We need to figure out what is going on with this. Let me set up a task asking Isaac to look into this.
