Yes! I know Southlake very well, one of my best friends has a medical practice there.

Let's add to spreadsheet under "coolsculpting" tab  for targeting. This might not be the most effective plan of targeting, let's talk to Shane about it when we assign him the task to "Build out Ads"

2. Has your facility received any awards or recognitions? Is there anything you can think of that may distinguish you from your competitors? (i.e. a luxury facility, the experience or training of the treatment provider, etc.)
We are a certified practice at the Premiere level for Crystal Rewards (goal to get to diamond in 2020) and have received the Club 5000 distinction which showsour clients that we have successfully and safely treated over 5000 patients in our practice.

3. CoolSculpting Technologies: Do you have the new CoolSculpting applicators? Do you offer dual coolsculpting?
Yes! We have all of the new applicators and we very often do dual-sculpting and technically could do Quad-sculpting.
We have 6 machines.


4. Do you offer any discount (or promotion) for first time CoolSculpting patients? (Many facilities offer a 25% discount for new CoolSculpting customers.)
Yes!
We offer discounts and we use different language to change it up so that it doesn’t sound like we are running the same ad over and over.
For example:
25% off
Buy 3, get 1 Free
Currently we are running the promotion from Allergan which is $500 off Coolsculpting of 6 or more cycles, this is on top of our current discounts.
This is a very common discussion we have with our clients. Chris has played with millions of dollars in campaigns to learn that the wording "25% off" is most effective for Coolsculpting. No-one knows what a "cycle" is. We do not suggest advertising in paid ad copy about "$500 off 6 cycles"
Email blasts, website "event" pages, social media posts are fine.  But we will never add Allergan's "Deal" to our ad copy. I will forward you emails where we discuss with client.




5. Do you have a slogan, tagline, or phrase that you’ve adopted at your facility? Do you have one specifically for CoolSculpting?  (i.e. “fear no mirror” or “sculpt yourself skinny” or “become the best version of yourself,” etc.)
Yes!
We have a central theme built around “confidence” --AOB Stands for “All Over Beautiful” because we offer treatments to inspire beauty for the entire body.
At AOB Med Spa, we believe in attainable beauty for all. We grew from the essential belief that, in setting their own standards and objectives for beauty, women and men needed a professional, accessible provider to equip them with the treatments and products required to achieve their skin care, body contouring, and aesthetics goals. Our Medical Spa is conveniently located in beautiful Greenwood Village/Denver Tech Center, and is staffed by our Medical Doctor, Registered Nurses, our Coolsculpting Specialists-Consultants, and licensed medical aestheticians. We offer individualized plans for services such as Coolsculpting-body contouring, IPL treatments, injectables, hydrafacials, PRP micro-needling, Pearl Laser, Neogen, Laser hair removal, and acclaimed pharmaceutical grade skincare and aesthetics product lines. On the Functional Medicine side, our practice also specializes in Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy, bioTE Pelleting Therapy, and a Medically Supervised Rapid Weight Loss Protocol. --We have an awesome program in our office that we have named our “Shrink and Destroy” program.This is a program where many of our patients participate in Coolsculpting and HCG Medically Supervised Rapid Weight Loss Program simultaneously, getting the results of Weight Loss and Sculpting within 60 days!However, we can’t advertise this and receive Co op dollars as it is introducing an additional treatment, and Co op is reimbursed only on 100% Coolsculpting ads.
This is a very detailed response, LOL. Our fee's are covered by Allergan 40%/ 60% client pays as long as it's "Coolsculpting related" Thankfully we hired bookeeper to help with all financials.
  Melissa will use none of this in her content. However, this is a great opportunity to say " If you need any help running ads to these additional services, we are happy to do it for no additional cost."
 However, if the content isn't original and the page is not set up to convert-( aka right-hand side form, pop-up, bottom form, tasteful graphic) the ads won't be effective. For the first few months, you would forward this email to Chris so he can close a deal on selling content & service page upgrades. But make sure he records it- because soon enough, you will be up-selling services.


6. I will write an extensive overview of CoolSculpting, focusing on the most searched terms and keywords. But are there any particular details you would like to include or emphasize in your copy? 
Maybe you can run your copy by us once written and we can see if we have additional things to add.

Question about the 'running ads to addtl services at no addtl cost'...How are we able to run ads about other services for free?
