Notes: Hi Isaac, Aob medspa has their current site hosted at wpengine with the previous website developers we created a new account for them at Wpengine.com - If you recall a few years ago we had an issue with a website that was hosted at wpengine when starting a new account with wpengine. The last time you did this it was not an issue just keep it in mind

Can you move the site at night to the new host please and install security certs, etc

UPDATE - Wpengine guys are having some issues duplicating the domain on this new account. Still working with them.

I have already done all the other required things. So as soon as they are able to duplicate the domain on new account. Site will start working from new account.

- login - look at who the users are email Kathi a list of all the users if more users are listed than us. Remove any old developers and if she wants to keep some users change the passwords

I love that we're both tagged so I can follow along but I'm not sure of what you did and what I need to do. Did you send receipts? For the 2nd request: awaiting credentials and will try to figure out what this means Thursday (spent the day learning and now getting through BC)

- That' strange. I just checked and was able to login fine with the same credentials. Just to confirm. You are using below credentials to login?

I wasn't able to log in with the credentials from the sheet either so I copied directly from what Issac posted above and it worked (even though it looks exactly the same). I copied above and updated the sheet.

Before I email Kathi, does this look right? I'm not sure who to delete but can send her this whole list. Does she know how to change their passwords or would we do that for her?

First ask Kathi who we can delete but prior to deleting we need to assign pages and posts to the main user. I would set up Kathi with an admin account and assign them all to her. Once done then you can delete all the accounts. I will share a screen and show you. First figure out who we can remove
