Whitney, I am doing this today since I had other secret shops to do which were behind schedule.
Also, client sent me an email saying her staff had been secret shopped and what happened. She also wanted to know if we are listening to their Calls on call rail and how they are doing. I sent you a PING about it since I have been leaving that to Melissa Neil, Medstar Melissa and have NOT listened to any client's call since handing that over.
