Notes on performance of Emsculpt NEO in this account. Their daily budget is ~$50 and the avg CPC is ~$25. They can only afford about 2 clicks/day. I cannot make any improvements with a budget this restrictive. They need more budget or consolidated campaigns.

After I submitted a lead form test, it went to the correct confirmation page. However, it took more than 8 seconds for the conversion event to fire when I tested it in GTM. It's possible that users are exiting the site before GTM fires, which means the conversion tags are not firing. If the conversion tags do not fire, Google Ads doesn't record a conversion event and it has no success events to optimize for. So it never gets any better. Can we look into how GTM is implemented on this site and get it to fire sooner?

the issues going on right now on Meta have to do with 3 things.
1 - all of the changes they are making from FB to Meta 2 - FB is making changes to their algorithm since they are trying to comply with Apple's security measures and lawsuits filed - and won - in several countries. 3 - There is a glitch in their system, they are transitioning to new teams and these people have no idea what they are doing. |

btw I saw that every person on our team in the Meta acct and every user associated with each individual acct now needs to have 2-step verification enabled or the accounts get restricted until it is done. I had 2-step enabled on my personal acct but for some reason FB had me redo the setup and then my restriction was lifted. Could this have anything to do with some of the issues?

I will take that bet... I read an article yesterday that employees are very upset with Mark Zucks and the Meta changes. This quarter, they are set to lose money for only the 2nd time in their entire history.

UPDATE- Apex problem solved! It turns out, that the company that runs their Derm ads used the CS forwarding number (440-745-4217) on their Derm ads.😬 How they got the number is a mystery considering we don't have that number listed anywhere. The working theory is they submitted a fake lead on our micro-site and used the number that texted them. Thanks everyone for your help!

Hey Team, as we know, the Medina location was changed to Canton, if you look at the lead sheet, some FB leads "lead service type" say "APEX Dermatology - Coolsculpting Medina" but the source is Canton LP/FB ad. I looked at FB and it looks like it says Canton, so I'm not sure what is happening here.
