Checked client’s {Arizona Skin Institute - www.azskin.com} website (https://azskin.com) to see if they had a GA4 or UA analytics account. Verified that they did have a UA and G4, updated client’s spreadsheet so team would get access. Followed up, verified we have access to UA-240606637-1 property. However, we will need to get access to their GA4 account or create a new one for them in the coming days.

Needed to change client's Arizona Skin Institute - www.azskin.com Google Analytics UA property to G4. I went into the account UA-240606637-1 and created a new GA4 property G-RHLCTT09J6. I also connected the two properties. I will then install it on the site https://azskin.com using GTM tag. Once I verify data collection, I will close out task.
