Contacting a lead with a direct phone call is the best way to ensure that the lead is converted into a potential patient. We would love to help set up a plan for you to be contacting leads 3x in the first week.
In regards to the phone call it could use some work. We recommend leading any conversations with a lead with a personable approach as this helps to establish a sense that the clinic is a warm and welcoming place and that the treatment will be a positive experience.
The salesperson that answered our call did not seem confident when answering the caller’s question, did not answer pricing questions in a recommended way, mention any promotions currently going on or build excitement around the treatment.
