We input a lead, commenced with text engagement & called the front desk inquiring about Semaglutide.

We received 3 texts and a welcome email from you after we input the lead, however, we only received 1 phone call. A direct call is the best way to ensure that the lead is converted into a potential patient. We would love to help set up a plan for you to be contacting leads 3x in the first week with a direct phone call.

In regards to the phone call, it could use some work. The salesperson that answered was professional but not informative. She also did not build any excitement around the treatment or answer pricing questions in a recommended way. 

It is vital that anyone that answers the phone in your office knows all about the treatments you offer. If they are only able to refer the caller to schedule a consultation and are not able to provide any information over the phone it will likely cause the caller to find the answers to their questions somewhere else which could ultimately push them to receiving the treatment from another provider. 

We highly recommend that you schedule a Front Desk Training so we can help set up a plan for you to be contacting leads 3x in the first week as well as properly answer any questions when a lead calls inquiring about a treatment.
