has access to all the sheets and all of us can login that way? 

Whitney, Support has access to all the sheets.
We can have everyone on the team with access to the spreadsheets.
What we cannot have is everyone on the team with access to the leadsheets.
BTW, I am not so sure about having everyone with access to support since we do so much from there. (We need to run that by Chris)

1st, I have verified the lead for you.
Second, I tried the form on the https://artistryskinandlaser.com/cool-sculpting-fat-reduction/
and it went through for me. However, I am not seeing the lead populate.
I will create a task for Isaac to check it out.
