  1. Under the headings on the front page:  combine shop skin care and shop supplements into one category named:  Shop.  Then have a pull-down from there that breaks into shop the different skin care brands and another for the supplements.
  2. Remove the book appointment tab and create a button under the phone number called:  Book Appointment.
