 Characters aren't a huge issue. 2 minutes would probably be too long for a story, but that's ok.  It's portrait size, not landscape. 9:16 is probably best (1080x1920)

Ben and Jerrry's just came the latest client to pull their ads from FB... 
Perhaps that will bring their pricing down in a few weeks.

It's tough to say conclusively. FB leads usually aren't as good and these are lead form ads, which I'm even more skeptical about.

Well, to be fair, this is their first 2 weeks back on Google I believe. 
But 7 conversions on FB to ZERO on Google is nothing to scoff at. 
I would think Shane may want to put the funds on Facebook.

Facebook is doing very well. There are 2 campaigns, one has a $29 CPA.  Google is struggling. Emsculpt is never great on Google and the budget is really restrictive there.

It was a combination of allergies, sinus and getting a fever cold. The coup d'etat was me spraying myself with cologne on Saturday night when I went out. That sent my asthma, sinus into full blown mode.

BTW, not sure if it's a coincidence but both suspended accounts have similar or exact keywords in their campaigns - emsculpt, ultrasound fat removal,  emsculpt near me

I can contact Google and determine the best course of action. It shouldn't be an issue to have one card on multiple accounts. 
I don't have a ton of data with AdRoll yet. We can use the one I set up, but it might be easier for you to set it up and share with me so you're always the owner of it. I'm good with it either way.

 - what is the best way to set this up. I assume we set up individual accounts and apply my payment profile? We will be doing this with numerous accounts moving forward. Also a side note, we need to add a payment method to an adroll account. Should we use the one you have set up with all the data?

That may be the problem since you are using that Medstar CC for other clients. (I'm guessing) 
I sent you a link above as to what to do to try and fix the suspension. 
You (or someone with the information) needs to fill out the form accordingly. They are requesting other information I do not have..

I just noticed that they have a SUSPICIOUS PAYMENT issue. That's more serious than the normal payment problem due to no money in card and so on. This one has to be fixed by filling out an extensive form. https://support.google.com/google-ads/contact/pf_suspended
