When I visit this page http://avalonmedicalspa.net/coolsculpting/ directly I see the pop up. But when I do through the Google ads campaign, I am not seeing any pop ups. On mobile either. 
The only popup coming up is the "Subscribe to our Newsletter."

I have been using support for any contacts with clients. I will begin using my medstar media account for any contacts with any work related issues such as support from other platforms we use.
But, I do not understand the part "add sign off on the email “medstar team” that way we can assign to client success manager and they dont think they are getting passed around"  that you said. 
Can you send me a quick video on what you meant?
