Whitney, I skipped this because I saw that the entire AVALON folder was ARCHIVED before. I thought maybe they were inactive client.
Now I am seeing their folder as not archived.
So I will open this again and begin.. Will post results about it.

Checking this morning I see that Avalon never reached out to me in any way other than an email they sent. I see no phone calls from them to the lead coming in at all. No text, no voicemail.
