Chris would like us to look into this client's 2 campaigns:

search | dental implants | ellensburg
search | dental implants | yakima

It appears that the cost to generate a lead for Yakima location is significantly higher than the one for Ellensburg. 
Can you please take a look at what is going on?

CPC is much higher in Yakima. It costs significantly more to get a similar volume of clicks. 

Additionally, the conversion rate in Yakima is much lower and is not tracking phone calls. I checked the tracking, it is firing correctly, but for some reason no one calls in Yakima.

I was just about to post that this is due to the higher conversions on Ellensburgh the last 7 days when compared to those for Yakima?
I will let Chris know..

I think that Yakima can't really get any traction because of the low conversion volume so the machine learning can't get things moving fast enough.
