What are the account numbers or names for the FB accounts for this client?
You mentioned in another task that we have access. I am not seeing that on the client's spreadsheet.

but acct is still pending I think. I thought we maybe had gotten access to both from the email they sent. Unless whitney.zelig@gmail.com did they figure that out yet and add us?

Hector I find out after the fact a lot. Clients just kind of add us when they figure it out and then we go in Whitney's acct and see it.

Vania, thanks for that thorough explanation, it makes sense.  I just thought when you said we had access, it was to their accounts as well. If I knew the name of the account or number, I could perhaps look to see if it has been added to Whitney. 
That is also another issue since Facebook keeps changing how you get to certain places when navigating their difficult and ever evolving META - 😒😩 = interface.
