Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector  so she said she knows. They had a bunch of issues with the docs. She's in contact with Google about the issues. She said she's trying to resolve it all today and will email you if she cant.

Okay, this is what happens when clients try to do the verification process themselves. The only problem is that after several failed attempts, they will suspend your account. 
Let's wait and see.
