Call Rail logins spreadsheet also updated to reflect this company. BTW, I gather you are revamping their website so the code for Call rail tracking has to be added later right? I created the tracking sequence, but did not embed code on site as of yet. Let me know if you want me to, just in case.

Chris, I already added the Java script to the Tag manager. I've also verified that the tags are matching on the Google Tag manager workspace and the Balance WC site. But, I am still not seeing any calls on Call Rail. I called number earlier and did not hear the "This call is being recorded for quality purposes" message.
