Their ads are NOT OFF.... they have a payment method issue on Google ads... but they had that from day one... I been making manual payments for them since..

We should be worried about all agencies. If they're in our account, they can steal all of our structure, ads, and methods, all IP that have taken YEARS to develop. 

Well, I'm not too worried about this "local" agency that caters to dentists, lawyers, and a/c dudes. Not much we can do .

This client has 2 payment methods, CC and checking... both got decline from the get go. However, I make direct payments for them often and never let their ads get shut off.

I think that the "expectations and time lines" for these accounts to be launched and running need to be lowered. These clients cannot expect us to create a website, do the other things and get the ads running in 3 weeks or less. Some may be done, but there will be some that will run into issues. 

No specific delay. It's in quotes because that was her word. She just felt the launch took too long and voiced her opinions on that at her front desk training.
